BALTIMORE, MD ROOF SAVERS!
SAVE MONEY & THE ENIVORNMENT
Things are not made the way the use to. We all hear that a lot these days and this also applies to the roofing industry. Asphalt is more expensive than ever due to more efficient oil refining practices. To save money and profit, shingle manufacturers have been putting less and less asphalt into their shingles and have been substituting crushed limestone instead (think of putting a lot of filling in a crab cake instead of crab meat). This have caused the shingles to be a third lighter than the old shingles and they do not last nearly as long.

Roof Maxx saw the industry moving this way and wanted to do something about it to protect property owner's investment and home. Roof rejuvenation is the future, and not only does it save homeowners money, it also is environmentally friendly.

Roof Maxx started in Ohio back in 2015 and came to the Maryland and Central Pennsylvania market in the Summer of 2019. Since then, they have been rejuvenating roofs of homeowners, property managers and HOA communities.
